The 5-chambered construction of SOFTLINE 76 MD, with 5 partitions in both the main frame and the sash, offers unparalleled thermal protection thanks to its 76mm width. When combined with the appropriate triple-glazing package, this design achieves an impressive Uw insulation coefficient of 0.86 W/m²K.
A wide range of glass thicknesses, from 18 to 48 mm, allows for flexibility in design. Additionally, the 3mm thickness of the external walls of the model (with an allowable deviation of 0.2 mm) meets high “Premium Level” quality standards in accordance with international norms.
Excellent tightness, sound insulation, and thermal insulation are ensured by two seals on the frame and sash, along with an additional central seal on the frame. Specially designed seals with a surface inclined at a 15-degree angle effectively channel water and contaminants away.
When using the appropriate glazing, this system meets class 6 sound insulation requirements, dampening sounds to a level of 50 dB
The high durability of SOFTLINE 76 MD is ensured by robust steel reinforcement elements. The frame construction has a dedicated chamber for steel reinforcements, and the innovative sash reinforcement technology allows for the creation of wide sashes up to 1500 mm without the need for additional reinforcing elements.
