persons authorized by us, employees and associates who must have access to personal data to perform their duties, the hosting company, companies providing mailing services, companies providing SMS messaging, companies with which the Administrator cooperates in terms of its own marketing, couriers, insurers, legal offices and debt collectors, banks, payment operators, public authorities.

Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., regarding accounting). In terms of marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years. You have the right to request from the Administrator: access to personal data concerning you, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in sec. 3.3 c) against the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the right of objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified reasons for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

Actions of the Administrator are subject to a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.

In relation to you, actions may be taken consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services within the framework of the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the regulations on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The Service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

In some cases, the Service may save information that facilitates the linking of data in the form with the user’s email address filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

7.Key Marketing Techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the website through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transmit any personal data to the service provider, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. The Operator uses remarketing techniques to tailor advertising messages to user behavior on the website. This may create the illusion that user personal data is being used for tracking, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. In this case, it relies on data for which it is the administrator, and the Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to the Facebook service.
